Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze food & beverage costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Develop and maintain accurate recipe costing and menu pricing
- Conduct regular inventory counts and variance analysis
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards
- Prepare detailed cost control reports and present findings to management
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and procurement teams to optimize costs
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of food costing and recipe management
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic
