Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A consultancy company is looking to hire a cost controller for a food business.
Data entry and checking
Recipes costing
Price and Extend Food & Beverage storeroom requisitions and verifies their accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of the Food & Beverage.
Inputs inventory counts into computerized worksheet.
Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage.
Update and maintain invoices into the systems
Check and verify systems transactions/operations (discounts, staff meals, settlements, lost postings.)
Conduct spot checks at all F&B outlets.
Check the menu pricing on the POS systems
