Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control food, beverage, and consumable costs
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
  • Track and reconcile stock movements between kitchen, warehouse, and events
  • Conduct regular physical inventories and spot checks
  • Ensure all recipes and menu costing are correctly recorded and updated
  • Analyze wastage, breakage, and variance reports, and investigate discrepancies
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process for catering events
  • Ensure compliance with internal costing and procurement procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to maintain portion control and cost efficiency
  • Utilize ERP tools (Odoo) for accurate cost tracking and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in catering or hospitality)
  • Strong knowledge of cost control systems, inventory management, and F&B operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Fluency in Arabic and English

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily in an office environment. Will be expected to travel as needed to company functions.
  • Periodic weekend work is expected.
