Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Monitor food & beverage costs
- Conduct inventory and stock audits
- Analyze variances and wastage
- Prepare cost control reports
- Ensure proper purchasing and inventory procedures
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or F&B experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory and costing systems
- Good Excel skills
