Cost Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cost Estimation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed cost breakdowns.
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and indirect expenses.
• Prepare quotations and participate in tenders.
• Conduct preliminary financial feasibility studies.
• Monitor actual costs against budgets, prepare periodic financial reports, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate with procurement, execution, and engineering teams.
• Analyze supplier and contractor offers from financial and technical perspectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in estimation or cost control.
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of estimation software (Candy, CostOS, PlanSwift) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical accuracy.
• Good knowledge of materials, suppliers, and market pricing.

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
