Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Preparing and pricing detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
-Reviewing and pricing BOQs received from external parties.
-Defining total project costs and supporting client cost clarifications.
-Reading and analyzing Technical Office drawings for accurate pricing.
-Preparing fit-out project budgets.
-Coordinating with Supply Chain, Technical Office, Site, and Finance teams.
-Supporting procurement pricing and monitoring cost variations.
br>-Engineering background (Civil or Architecture preferred).
3 5 years of experience in Cost Estimation for Real Estate & Fit-Out projects.
-Strong ability to read technical and shop drawings.
-Solid knowledge of BOQs, pricing, and cost control.
