Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications to develop accurate cost estimates and budgets that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with the team to gather information on project scope and ensure all elements are considered in cost estimation.
Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to generate precise cost models, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
Review vendor quotes and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive and reasonable estimates without compromising quality.
Good experience calculating man hours in the facilities management industry.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering any related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation within Facilities Management.
Experience with industry-specific software, such as Primavera P6, RSMeans, or similar estimation tools for enhanced productivity is preferred
