Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Apply approved section policies, processes, and procedures and monitor adherence to ensure controlled work execution
- Manage day-to-day operations for the Project Design and Construction Department ensuring compliance with standards and procedures
- Monitor project cost by reviewing actual spending versus budgeted amount to determine variances
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and cash flow analysis as requested by Management
- Prepare accounting accruals related to projects to ensure accurate reflection of project value in books
- Provide inputs for preparation of project capital expenditure budgets by analyzing specific elements as directed
- Prepare individual budgets for each phase of large projects based on overall project budgets to allow better cost control
- Prepare section reports accurately and timely to meet company and section requirements, policies, and standards
- Comply with all relevant safety, health, and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Undertake additional reasonable duties as part of the function of the post
Desired Candidate Profile
