Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the calculation and optimize EPC price of the bidding projects including Power Plant, Water Plant, PV, Wind, BESS, ICE, Infrastructure Facility, etc.;

2. Negotiate with clients to reach agreement on price.

3. Carry out the Subcontractor (including the Design Company, Civil, Mechanical, Electric, I&C Construction Company, etc.) inquiry to make the budget for construction works;

4. Able to negotiate with the Subcontractor who cooperate in bidding stage and get the most competitive offer after the negotiation;

5. Coordinate with Procurement Dept. for equipment pricing and analyze the rationality of the submitted equipment price;

6. Coordinate with the Finance Dept. for insurance cost, tax items and cost of each bidding project;

7. Coordinate with the Logistics Dept. for transportation and storage cost;

8. Comparison analysis the rationality of the calculated EPC price and organize the EPC Price evaluation and optimization meeting;

9. Conduct internal price optimization training for relevant colleagues;

10. Highest ethics and integrity responsibility.

11. Other work assigned by Commercial Department Director.

12. Ensure compliance with corporate policies applicable within your field of.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor and above
  • 10 years over all and 5 years working experience of Budgeting Specialist and above, especially in international EPC Company which involves in Power, water, infrastructure plant construction field.
  • Familiar with the construction method, Prefer if have experience in Power, water, infrastructure plant construction field.
  • Calculation the EPC price of the bidding project.
  • Conduct the training of the relevant discipline.
  • Participating in other work of department.
