Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Analyze the tender documents and specifications
- Carry out the measurements and cost studies for the projects
- Consult suppliers and subcontractors for price quotes
- prepare quotes and financial proposals
- to study the technical and financial feasibility of the projects
- Participate in optimizing costs and deadlines
- Monitor the studies until the offer is submitted.
Desired Candidate Profile
The profile is looking for:
- Proven professional experience of over 3 years in the field of pricing or market studies
- Advanced technician diploma or higher in cost estimating in the construction and public works sector
- My proficiency with computer tools
