Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates for the projects.
  • Analyze the calls for tenders and establish the quantities.
  • Monitor markets and budgets.
  • Prepare the technical and financial reports and proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Advanced Technician Diploma or higher in BTPH pricing studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing studies or markets.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, AutoCAD, measurement software).
  • Rigour, organisation and analytical mind.
