Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join their team. You'll prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing materials, labor, and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review cost estimates for projects
  • Analyze project plans, specs, and documents
  • Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and services
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering)

- 2+ years of experience in cost estimation

- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift)

- Strong analytical and communication skills
