Cost Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare initial cost estimates, feasibility studies, and cost plans
• Develop and monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Advise clients on cost implications, value engineering, and risk mitigation

Quantity Surveying & Measurement

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work for cost accuracy
• Measure and value work done for interim and final payments

Tendering & Procurement

• Manage tendering process including prequalification, tender analysis, and recommendations
• Evaluate contractor bids and prepare tender reports
• Assist clients in contractor selection and contract award

Contract Administration

• Administer construction contracts (FIDIC or other standard forms)
• Assess variations, claims, and change orders
• Prepare and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts

Cost Control & Administration

• Track project expenditures and forecast final costs
• Prepare regular cost reports and financial statements for clients
• Identify cost risks and propose corrective actions

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Attend project meetings and provide cost advice
• Support dispute resolution and commercial negotiations
