Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Cost Performance Coordinator responsible for monitoring, consolidating, and analyzing costs within internal projects. You will play a central role in economic performance and the management of financial indicators.
Job responsibilities
- Consolidate and update the cost data associated with the projects.
- Analyze the discrepancies, identify the sources of variation and propose avenues for optimization.
- Coordinate exchanges with the various internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present cost reports for each project phase.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and analysis processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bac+5 in engineering (automotive, industrial, or equivalent).
- Experience: Junior 1-3 years of experience in cost tracking, data management or project management.
- My proficiency in Excel, good analytical skills and rigor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Notions en data visualization, VBA ou Python.
