Roles & Responsibilities

Education


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

Professional certificate CMA are beneficial.

Experience


8–10+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.

Prior experience in automotive, industrial, or high-volume manufacturing strongly preferred.

Experience with standard costing, BOM analysis, labor and overhead allocation, cost roll-ups, and production variance analysis.

Strong background with ERP/MRP “SAP” system.

Experience managing or supervising a cost accounting team.

Technical Skills


Strong knowledge of standard cost development and maintenance.

Proficiency in BOMs, routings, and manufacturing process flows.

Ability to perform cost roll-ups and cost modeling.

Skilled in material, labor, and overhead rate analysis.

Expertise in margin analysis and profitability reporting.

Strong understanding of inventory valuation and cost adjustments.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.

Core Responsibilities


Develop, maintain, and review standard costs for all manufactured products.
