Gather and analyze financial data

• Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
• Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
• Help management make important decisions based on costs and benefits (pricing changes)
• Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending
• Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions
• Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
• Estimate product costs for existing and new products
• Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor, and inventory
• Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions.
• Conduct market research to support future business planning
• Handling Inventory management, CAPEX, Logistics, and Fixed cost preparation, covering all Planning & Controlling cycles when it comes to preparing the Annual Budget, Mid Term Plan, and Rolling Forecast.
• Review all inventory transactions using System to verify the accuracy of the account, average cost of the items and fundamental analysis of the reasons for the differences.
• Determine the allocation of the Administration, Sales and Manufacturing Expenses and follow up on budget
• Compare between Standard cost & actual cost
• Analyzing product/raw material design, manufacturing methods, and services provided, to determine cost of new product, needed price list & recognize any differences that might affect the product cost
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
• Preparing costing statements every month
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products.
• Ensure that the related cycles are fully complying with company policies and Minimum Control Standards.
• Analyzing production costs and recommending changes.
