Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expertly handle customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel packages, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Efficiently process ticket reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring adherence to airline policies and procedures.
  • Skillfully manage payment transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proactively assist customers with baggage handling, seat selection, and special requests, enhancing their overall travel experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of general knowledge and skills.
  • Holds a relevant vocational certificate or diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field, showcasing specialized training.
  • Has proficiency in a Computer Reservation System (CRS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, indicating technical competence.
  • Brings prior experience in the airline or travel industry, ideally with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
