Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

- Leverage tools and levers to gain a deeper understanding of customer experience to inform strategic approach

- Adapt and tailor competitive positioning and messaging/creative to Saudi market

- Demonstrate deep marketing expertise and critical thinking to challenge status quo

- Customize customer journeys to Saudi market and identify key influence points in end-to-end customer experience

- Prioritize marketing efforts to maximize commercial return by segment / microsegment

Marketing Execution

- Assess priority channels by audience and activate through content / messaging

- Design strong creative briefs that inform creative development and media execution

- Define and proactively optimize the marketing mix across paid, owned and earned channels frequently / regularly to incorporate real-time insights, where applicable

- Use agile marketing methods to test and execute content

- Develop marketing plans and content that deliver high-performing campaign results

Marketing Measurement

- Understand how to leverage advanced analytics and digital tools in the local market context to proactively drive higher marketing performance

- Use data to guide marketing strategies, resource allocation, and investment decisions

- Identify trends and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness

- Understand marketing KPI measurement and attribution across channels

- Leverage new technology and data to further improve marketing measurement, performance and end-to-end customer experience

Desired Candidate Profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years of commercial experience in Pharma Industry.

  • Experience in Saudi is a Plus.

  • Marketing or relevant function experience within the industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

  • Proficiency in Arabic & English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree degree
