Role Responsibilities
As the Country Director for North and Anglophone West Africa you will have responsibility for the overall business operation and strategy of your region.

This will be delivered through driving growth and developing relationships with existing and new agents in the market, with the responsibility of building and expand consumer segments access our retail and digital business.

Role requirements

  • To be successful in this role you will have extensive years of relevant working experience in related industries such as Remittance, Payments, Fintech, Consumer services or other financial services.
  • Knowledge of wallet and/or payments strategies, consumer payments would be highly regarded.
  • You exhibit high energy and show enthusiasm to get into actions to drive the business and get results, in collaboration with local and international stakeholders and partners.
  • You will need to be a strong leader with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills and experience with revenue management and working with regulators.
  • Fluency in the English, French and Arabic language in both written and oral skills will be essential
  • Previous international working or studying experience would be advantageous
