Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all sales, operations within the country to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to a growing and high performing market.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management (CXO).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
