Roles & Responsibilities

A leading Consumer Electronics organization is seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead and scale its business across the GCC region (OMAN). This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for P&L performance, market expansion, channel strategy, and organizational leadership. The role requires a commercially driven executive with deep GCC market expertise, a strong understanding of retail and distributor-led models, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, strengthen market share, oversee pricing and go-to-market strategy, and lead major product launches while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 8–10 years’ experience in Consumer Electronics industry

  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager / Head of Sales / Business Head

  • Strong understanding of GCC markets, preferably Oman.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills

  • English required; Arabic is an advantage
