Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Execute the company s comprehensive business strategy to establish and expand its market share in Morocco.

Team Management

  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing local team, including business development, sales, and marketing professionals.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates and Institutional clients.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage the country s P&L, ensuring revenue targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner/client needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Brand Representation

  • Act as the company s official representative in Morocco, enhancing brand visibility through networking, industry events, and media engagements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A Master s degree or MBA is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FX and CFD brokerage industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L management and strategic planning.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of the Moroccan financial market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages

  • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is required.
