Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the country strategy in line with corporate goals. Identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans to enhance market presence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. Leverage insights to identify potential partnerships and business opportunities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project issues. Proactively address any problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, industry leaders, and partners. Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Sales and Business Development: Oversee sales operations, set performance targets, and drive initiatives to achieve revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer engagement strategies.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Coordinate a diverse team of professionals, including engineers, designers, and contractors. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that team members are working efficiently towards project goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on business performance to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and financial documents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
Qualifications:
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Proven experience in the transportation.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
- Mother tongue Arabic and proficient in English.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to project sites and client meetings.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and influence key stakeholders.
