Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Leading Sales, Business Development and Operation of Indian Office. Sales and Business Development of Flare Packages, Gas treatment, Flare gas recovery systems and other Process Equipment's.

  • Complete Pre-Qualifying the company with major clients in Indian region.

  • Identify suitable contractors and supply chain within the country for timely completion of Projects.

  • Provide market intelligence and strategy for the company to be successful within India.

  • Identify key prospects in early stages to plan resource requirements & align company’s growth plan.

  • Provide information of competitors’ strategy and relevant analytics within the region.

  • To develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer base and market share.

  • To collaborate with Design and Proposals Team to develop a wining plan and market penetration in India.

  • To Develop marketing plan to attain market visibility.

  • To manage company compliance and regulatory requirements to operate in India.

  • To build a team that can successfully deliver projects in India and also to support other international offices of the organization.

  • Analyze market trends, forecast opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.

  • Drive continuous improvements and align with local and global strategies.

  • Update and provide Sales and Quote reports as per company standards.

  • Guard company’s confidential and intellectual properties.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate shall be Engineering Graduate with minimum 15 years of experience in the field Oil & Gas. The candidate shall possess proven track record in leading cross functional sales, engineering and operational team.
