Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and business needs.
Follow up regularly with the sales team regarding stock levels, sales trends, and forecast alignment.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstock or shortages.
Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
Track supplier performance and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Follow up on shipping activities, including coordination with suppliers and logistics department to ensure timely delivery.
Handle registration processes for new products in Lebanon in compliance with local regulations.
Prepare and calculate commercial offers related to the Lebanon market, ensuring alignment with stock availability and cost structure.
Maintain proper documentation and records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Assist management in strategic planning related to supply chain and inventory control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
2 4 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
Strong analytical and forecasting skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
