Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for optimizing claims processes for simplicity and transparency, overcoming language barriers, and establishing disclosure mechanisms and dispute resolution systems to ensure compliance and enhance rider satisfaction.

2. Responsible for developing a digital insurance service platform for one-stop policy management and claims tracking, and building robust operational and monitoring systems.

1. Participate in Meituan's strategic overseas business and engage directly with top global players.

2. Develop new markets from 0 to 1 and experience the passion of entrepreneurship.

3. Embrace a vast business battlefield with ample space and flexibility to showcase your talents and achieve rapid career growth.

4. Broaden your global perspective and collaborate with a diverse team.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor s degree or higher, with 5+ years in insurance product design or operations management, practical group insurance project experience, proficiency in product design and pricing principles, and fluent English.

2. Excellent data analysis and business insight skills, able to develop systematic solutions based on deep research, with preference for experience in building business systems from scratch.

3. Strong negotiation and partnership management skills, robust problem-solving and cross-cultural communication abilities, effectively driving multi-party collaborative projects.

4. Experience in internet platform or gig economy insurance operations, familiar with digital insurance platform development and operational systems.
