Main responsibilities:

• Supervise all the teams in the Haute  workshop
• Ensure the correct interpretation of sketches and technical sheets sent by the design studio.
• Guarantee the quality, precision and finish of the parts produced.
• Manage work planning and task allocation based on priorities and deadlines.
• Participate in fittings and ensure the technical development of the models.
• Control the raw materials and supplies needed for production.
• Supervise, train and motivate teams to maintain a high level of craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with the stylist, the model list and other departments (embroidery, accessories, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and organizational standards within the workshop.

Required skills and qualities:

• Excellent mastery of haute couture sewing techniques.
• Rigor, sense of detail and perfection.
• Ability to lead, organize and unite a team.
• Good communication skills and collaborative spirit.
• Stress management and meeting tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics and fine materials.
