1. Classroom Management

• Supervise and manage assigned classes during teacher absence.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment.
• Ensure students follow school rules and behavioral policies.
• Handle minor classroom issues and report major concerns to the Head of Section.

2. Academic Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or Head of Department.
• Ensure continuity of learning objectives during the absence period.
• Support students in completing assigned classwork.
• Adapt teaching approach according to students level when needed.
• Take attendance and maintain accurate class records.

3. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the Section Head (Name XX) or Academic Coordinator (Name XX) regarding daily assignments.
• Provide feedback on lesson completion and student behavior.
• Report any academic or behavioral concerns.

• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and age groups.
• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to follow lesson plans effectively.
• Basic understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Flexibility and ability to work under short notice.
