Where You ll Make a Difference

• Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.

• Maintain an ongoing relationship with select customers and sales staff.

• Use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.

• Build customer relationships at relevant levels and provide projects and customer support for issues with maximum efficiency and accuracy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

• Organize training of the new joiners

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Minimum 3 years work experience on commercial or/and logistic, supply chain support roles in an international environment

• 2 years of experience in the same position

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university

• Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, writing and reading), French is a plus

• Computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus"

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (moderate)

• SAP and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) experience is a bonus (however in-house training will be provided)

• Pricing strategy/negotiation skills
