China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC) is a China-based company specializing in oil engineering, manufacturing, lump-sum contracting and construction. It is affiliated to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and is one of its foremost representative companies in international as well as domestic petroleum project construction.


The company has been functioning in integrating design, procurement, manufacturing and construction. It also provides efficient services like preliminary consultation on huge oil projects, studying feasibility, environmental impact and safety assessments, measurement and survey, commissioning trial and operating maintenance as well as project engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and project management contracting (PMC) services.


Since its inception, CPECC has adhered to their operation philosophy of “ acting in good faith, performing innovation, providing services and achieving win-win results”. It has successfully undertaken and completed large projects like oil/gas production & process facilities, petrochemical plants, refineries, oil/gas storages and transportations and utilities in 5 of the regional markets consisting of more than 50 countries. Engineering News-Record has shortlisted the company as one of the top 225 international project contractors in the world for successive 20 years and one of the top 60 contractors in China for successive 11 years. CPECC has overseas branches functioning in countries like Sudan, Algeria, Chad, Syria, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan and the UAE (Abu Dhabi).
