Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Sales Operations function for Hitech Customer
Provide sales support for quote creation, complex bundling, conversions, quote validation and approvals using CPQ engine
Assist and validate deals in line corporate guidelines on ARR growth.
Identify and resolve issues/blockers in the quote/order form process working with cross department stake holders - Work with Channels Rep, AE,Deals Desk and Finance to get deals converted into order
Monitor sales hygiene in CRM and work with sales leaders to correct any errors
Contribute to updating the Sales Operations Playbook
Support sales forecasting and reporting
