Roles & Responsibilities


JOB SUMMARY


We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated IT Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end acquisition of technology solutions for complex projects. This role requires a professional with a deep background in the KSA System Integration (SI) or Distribution landscape. You will be responsible for sourcing high-value hardware, software, and cloud services while acting as a vital link between Sales, Presales, and global vendors to cover our operations in KSA, Jodan and Morocco.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Strategic Sourcing: Manage the full RFI/RFQ/RFP cycle for IT infrastructure projects, including servers, storage, networking, and security solutions.

  • BOQ Validation: Collaborate with Presales teams to validate technical Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure commercial alignment with project requirements.

  • Vendor Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with major IT distributors (e.g., Ingram Micro, Redington) and OEMs (e.g., Cisco, Dell, Microsoft).

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations to secure favourable pricing, credit terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Renewals & Licensing: Manage software subscriptions, enterprise license agreements (ELAs), and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Track orders from PO issuance to final site delivery, coordinating with logistics for customs clearance and warehouse intake.

  • Cost Management: Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering to optimize project margins. 



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of IT procurement experience in the KSA.

  • Industry Background: Proven experience working within an IT System Integrator or Value-Added Distributor (VAD) is mandatory.

  • Certification: CIPS Level 4 (Diploma) or equivalent is highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
