Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials, ensuring precise placement according to project specifications.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on crane equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with ground crews and riggers to communicate effectively and maintain safety protocols during lifts.
  • Monitor load weights and ensure compliance with safety standards to prevent equipment failure and accidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in crane operations is preferred.
  • Certification from a recognized crane operator training program is mandatory for this role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes in construction or industrial settings is required.
  • Previous experience with specific crane types, such as tower cranes or mobile cranes, is highly advantageous.
