Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

1. Operate a 100-ton mobile crane safely and efficiently.
2. Perform lifting, shifting, and placing of heavy materials on construction sites.
3. Conduct daily inspections of the crane before operation and report any faults.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of the crane when required.
Coordinate with site supervisors and ground personnel for smooth operations.
Maintain crane logbook and report maintenance needs.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a mobile crane operator (preferably 100-ton or similar heavy cranes).
Valid crane operation license.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
Ability to read load charts and operate cranes accurately.
Strong physical stamina and coordination skills.
Good communication skills to coordinate with site supervisors and team members.
Flexible to work in shifts and extended hours if required.
Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious attitude.
