Crane Operator GET Global Group

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Operate cranes (mobile, overhead, or pedestal) safely as per operational requirements.
• Inspect cranes, lifting gear, and associated equipment before and after use.
• Perform rigging and lifting operations following approved lifting plans.
• Ensure loads are lifted, moved, and set down safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly with riggers and signalmen using hand or radio signals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks & risk assessments.
• Carry out routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate logs for crane operations and any incidents or abnormalities.
• Assist in planning and organizing lifting activities in coordination with supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, lifting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow proper emergency procedures.
