Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee daily deployment of 100+ crane operators across multiple project sites.
- Plan and allocate cranes and operators as per project schedules and lifting plans.
- Ensure maximum fleet utilization and minimize idle time.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, and project managers for smooth operations.
- Monitor job completion timelines and performance efficiency.
- Safety and compliance with fleet coordination
Preferred candidate profile
Preferably has worked has a crane supervisor for companies like Sanghvi Movers, ABC Infra equipment, Sarens , All cargo Logistic, Action Construction Equipment ect.
Preferably already worked in Gulf for Crane rental or Heavy Equipment company.Role & responsibilities
