Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and govern SG's brand identity, visual standards, and brand book across all touchpoints
- Lead creative direction and production for campaigns, reports, digital content, and corporate materials
- Oversee marketing copywriting to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and narrative
- Manage creative workflows, project prioritization, and quality control prior to publication
- Lead and develop the internal creative team (design, copy, motion/video) and Marketing Intern
- Maintain and brief a vetted SME roster across design, copy, and motion disciplines
- Adapt brand and creative output across country markets while protecting global consistency
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to align all creative with marketing strategy and campaign goals
- 8+ years in brand, creative, or marketing communications, with 3+ years leading a creative team
- Proven track record evolving a brand identity system across multiple channels and markets
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (design, copy, motion) and external creative partners
- Regional experience adapting creative across country markets; MENA exposure strongly preferred
- Sharp creative direction skills across print, digital, motion, and editorial formats
- Strong editorial judgment and an eye for copy quality, tone, and narrative
- Bilingual English/Arabic strongly preferred
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (Master's a plus)
Nice to have
- Background in capital markets, financial services, advisory, or research-driven industries
- Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern creative production workflows
