Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Creative Design Director provides overall creative leadership, establishes the design vision for the company, and ensures design excellence across all projects. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the company s creative direction and design standards. Lead design strategy and high-level creative decision-making. Oversee all concept and detailed design outputs across teams. Mentor senior architects and develop the creative capabilities of the department. Represent the company in major client meetings, presentations, and competitions. Collaborate with business development to support project acquisition. Ensure that all design solutions are innovative, functional, and commercially aligned. Oversee project performance, quality, and creative delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture. Minimum 15 years of experience. Award-winning portfolio demonstrating strong creative vision. Key Skills : Exceptional creative direction and design leadership. Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability. A strong conceptual approach and a portfolio demonstrating design excellence
