Creative Designer

Client of Expert Skilled Human Resource Consulting

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complete brand identities including logos, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive brand books and ensure consistent brand application.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for integrated campaigns.
• Design graphics for web, email, digital ads, UI/UX for web and mobile.
• Produce social media visuals, animated content, explainer videos, and infographics.
• Work with developers to implement digital designs accurately.
• Design for outdoor and print media, billboards, posters, banners, brochures, and flyers.
• Manage photo/video editing and retouching in line with brand aesthetics.
• Coordinate with vendors for print quality and production.
• Maintain a visual assets library for cross-functional marketing use.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers when required.
• Handle end-to-end project workflows from concept to final delivery.

Required Experience & Qualification:

• Proven experience in branding, digital design, and multimedia content creation.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.)
• UI/UX design experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in exhibition or event branding is highly preferred.
