Key responsibilities:

Email Creative Strategy

Define and own the email creative strategy aligned with Samsung s brand, CRM objectives, and customer lifecycle needs.

Translate marketing and business goals into clear creative concepts for promotional, lifecycle, and transactional emails.

Ensure consistency of tone, visual identity, and storytelling across all email communications.

Creative Development & Execution

Lead end-to-end email creative development including concepting, copy direction, design, layout, and visual storytelling.

Oversee development of modular, scalable email templates that support personalization and localization.

Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling email creatives.

Review and approve all email creatives before deployment, ensuring high quality and brand compliance.

Brand Governance & Quality Control

Act as brand guardian for email, ensuring strict adherence to Samsung s global brand guidelines.

Ensure emails are optimized for responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-client compatibility.

Maintain high standards for craft, accuracy, and attention to detail across all email outputs.

Performance & Optimization

Partner with CRM and Analytics teams to review email performance and identify creative optimization opportunities.

Drive A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, layouts, messaging, CTAs, and visual treatments.

Apply performance insights to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with CRM, E-commerce, Product, Media, and Campaign teams on launches, promotions, and always-on programs.

Collaborate with Regional and Global Creative teams to align on frameworks, best practices, and innovations.

Present creative rationale and performance insights to senior stakeholders.

Team & Partner Leadership

Set clear creative standards, processes, and workflows for email development.

Innovation & Best Practices

Stay current on email design trends, technologies, and best practices across devices and platforms.

Explore new formats (e.g., dynamic content, interactive email, personalization at scale) to elevate Samsung s email experience.

Champion a test-and-learn culture within email creative.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Works and lives in Riyadh, KSA with experience of KSA corporate market and brands.

3+ years of experience in digital or CRM creative, with a focus on email marketing.

Proven experience leading email creative for a large brand, agency, or global organization.

Strong portfolio demonstrating email design, copy, and lifecycle communications.

Experience working within strict brand guidelines and matrixed organizations.
