Creative Director (Brand & Marketing Agency)

We are seeking an exceptional Creative Director to lead the creative vision of a forward-thinking brand and marketing agency based in Abu Dhabi.

This is a leadership role for a refined creative mind who understands brand at a strategic level and can translate insight into visually compelling, culturally relevant, and commercially impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and elevate the creative direction across high-profile brand and campaign initiatives

Craft distinctive brand narratives and integrated concepts across digital, social, experiential, and content platforms

Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams

Present and defend creative thinking with confidence and clarity

Ensure exceptional standards of visual excellence and storytelling

Collaborate closely with strategy and innovation teams to integrate data and AI-led insights into creative execution

Build relationships with vendors and customers

Sell company product and services.

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive creative experience, ideally within leading agencies or premium brands

A sophisticated portfolio demonstrating high-end branding and integrated campaign work

Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple workstreams

Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of brand positioning and audience psychology

Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or innovation-driven brands is highly advantageous

Has a strong network of vendors and partners in the UAE
