Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A new indoor family entertainment centre launching in Al Quoz is seeking a dynamic Creative Entertainment Lead to design and oversee engaging programming and live experiences.
This role is responsible for developing creative concepts, seasonal events, themed activations, and immersive entertainment formats that elevate the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative entertainment concepts and themed experiences
Design seasonal programs, workshops, and special event activations
Train and guide hosts and entertainers on performance standards
Oversee quality and consistency of live entertainment delivery
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and events teams
Introduce innovative formats to enhance guest engagement
Maintain creative calendars and program schedules
Ensure entertainment activities align with safety and operational guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in entertainment, events, theatre, or creative programming
Strong creative vision and concept development skills
Experience working with children and family audiences
Leadership or team training experience
Strong organisational and planning ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Background in performing arts, event production, or experiential entertainment
Experience in leisure, hospitality, or themed environments
Ability to perform or demonstrate entertainment formats when required
