Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with strong expertise in the Jewellery sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, leading a team of 6–8 members, and driving brand growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Jewellery market.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6–8 marketing professionals.
Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive brand positioning and product launches.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing resources.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in the Jewellery industry.
Proven experience managing a team of 6–8 members.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred:
Experience in luxury or retail Jewellery marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software.
