Responsibilities

• Develop and design visually engaging creative materials for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce campaign graphics and advertisements.
• Convert project briefs into compelling visual content that adheres to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver quality work on time.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies in the industry.
• Work closely with clients to understand expectations and translate them into engaging designs.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with creative concepts and unique design perspectives.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Create illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements needed for client projects.
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company branding material.
• Assist the web development team with visual assets for website and app design.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and creative strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of visual elements like layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design concepts.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for visually engaging and effective design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing practices and familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
