Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling marketing materials, social media content, and branding concepts that strengthen the company’s identity. This role requires strong design skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage creative work from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality and visually engaging designs for marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and social media content. Develop creative concepts and branding ideas aligned with the company’s identity and objectives. Design and prepare artwork for both print and digital platforms. Ensure all files are properly checked, finalized, and prepared before sending for print production. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding production, installation, and delivery of printed and branded materials. Suggest suitable materials and finishes for printing, collaterals, packaging, uniforms, and other branded items. Monitor the overall production process to ensure consistency, quality, and brand standards are maintained. Support marketing campaigns, events, launches, and promotional activities with creative design solutions. Maintain organized design files and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. Stay updated with design trends, creative tools, and industry standards to continuously improve output quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or in a similar role. Strong background in branding and creative concept development. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collaterals, social media designs, and print work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and commitment to brand quality.
