Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Group Head of Creative, you will lead the end-to-end creative and production ecosystem balancing brand storytelling with commercial impact. You will oversee content creation across digital, video, OOH, events, and CRM, while ensuring speed, consistency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale an in-house creative studio delivering multi-channel content at pace
- Oversee full content production lifecycle from briefing through to delivery
- Build efficient workflows, SLAs, and resource planning models
- Ensure strong brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs
- Partner with Brand, Performance Marketing, CX, and Communications teams for unified storytelling
- Manage internal teams, freelancers, and external production partners
- Develop content formats designed for testing, optimisation, and performance uplift
- Drive operational efficiency through asset reuse and digital asset management (DAM) systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading in-house studios, creative teams, or content production units at scale
- Strong background across digital content, video production, and integrated campaigns
- A balance of creative judgment and operational excellence
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-brand or multi-business environments
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
