Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for both interior and exterior real estate projects.

Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual assets.

Develop detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.

Produce walkthrough animations and virtual tours to enhance client presentations and marketing materials.

Ensure all visualizations align with project requirements, brand guidelines, and client expectations.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve visual outputs.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in 3D visualization and architectural rendering.

Optimize 3D assets for various platforms, including web, VR, and AR applications.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual storytelling and user experience.

  • Ability to create professional architectural animations (flythroughs and dynamic project walkthroughs).
  • Excellent skills in lighting, material (texturing), and final artistic composition.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of realism.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Advanced skills in 3D design and rendering platforms (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop).

Excellent command of AutoCAD for technical drawings.

Strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and materials.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

3D software such as Unreal Engine,

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years as a 3D Artist, specifically in architectural visualization and animation.
  • Software Proficiency: Complete mastery of Autodesk 3ds Max.
  • Rendering Expertise: Strong and demonstrated experience using the Corona Renderer engine to produce high-quality, photorealistic scenes.

Proven experience as an Interior/Exterior Designer with a strong portfolio of 3D visualizations.
