Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview 

The Creative Lead is a visionary leader responsible for driving the creative direction and ensuring the delivery of exceptional brand and design solutions for clients. This individual will lead a small team of designers, transforming concepts into impactful brand identities and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. 


Key Responsibilities 

- Creative Leadership 

-Develop and oversee the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategies. 

- Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. 

- Project Oversight 

- Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops to generate original concepts. 

- Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency across all outputs. 

- Collaborate with the project coordinator to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations. 

- Client Engagement 

- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, articulating the rationale behind design and branding decisions. 

- Build strong client relationships by understanding their vision and providing expert guidance on creative solutions. 

- Translate complex brand challenges into compelling visual and verbal expressions that connect with target audiences. 

- Collaboration and Strategy 

- Partner with strategy, account, and development teams to integrate creative insights into broader project goals. 

- Lead the development of brand guidelines, storytelling frameworks, and campaign materials. 

- Balance creative ambitions with practical considerations, ensuring solutions are both visionary and achievable. 


Qualifications and Skills 

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 

- 4+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position, preferably within a branding or creative agency. 

- Exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, design, and campaign work. 

- Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. 

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other industry-standard software. 

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

- Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams to deliver outstanding work.
