Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Creative Manager to join our Marketing team — a visionary who can turn ideas into impactful visuals, lead shoots, and shape the creative identity of one of the region’s most dynamic fragrance portfolios.

The Creative Manager will lead the visual and creative strategy. You’ll direct campaign shoots, oversee social and digital content, and collaborate closely with the E-commerce, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure that every touchpoint reflects our brand’s essence luxury, authenticity, and emotion.

Creative Direction:

  • Lead the ideation, planning, and direction of brand and product campaign shoots.
  • Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines for our brands.
  • Approve all creatives prior to publishing across digital, social, e-commerce, and print.
  • Collaborate with production houses, stylists, and creative agencies to deliver world-class content.
  • Partner with the NPD and Marketing teams to translate fragrances into compelling visual storytelling.

Brand Collaboration:

  • Work with internal design teams and creative strategists to conceptualize, brief, and execute all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with agency partners to maintain a unified visual identity.
  • Oversee creative production for influencer campaigns, PR boxes, and content partnerships.

Campaign Execution:

  • Drive the monthly creative calendar, including:
  • Minimum 12 social media posts per month
  • 4–5 new video productions monthly for digital campaigns
  • Regular updates to website banners and e-commerce visuals
  • Monthly refresh of Amazon Brand Stores

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a small creative team (Creative Strategist + 2 Designers).
  • Ensure on-time delivery of creative projects with high attention to detail.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to align visuals with marketing objectives.

KPIs

  • Timely execution of campaign deliverables.
  • Consistent quality and alignment of creative assets with brand standards.
  • Positive engagement metrics on social and digital platforms.
  • Regular creative output across channels (social, video, and e-commerce).
  • Smooth collaboration between creative, digital, and marketing teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of creative or art direction experience — ideally in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industries.
  • Proven ability to lead photo/video shoots and manage end-to-end creative production.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling for digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working with or within creative agencies is a plus.
  • Exceptional aesthetic judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Passion for fragrance, luxury, and design excellence.
