Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to grow brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources wisely.
  • Run both paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create content calendars and develop engaging multimedia content aligned with marketing goals.
  • Design digital creatives, promotional materials, and ad banners using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Shoot and edit promotional videos and reels using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track KPIs. Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement strategies.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and report results.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Skilled in graphic/video tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT-related field.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Elementor.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
